1.Our service
Clearport connects healthcare professionals with U.S. hospitals. Applying does not guarantee a job offer, a visa or a license. Those decisions are made by hospitals and government authorities.
2.No fees for candidates
Clearport never charges candidates for its services. If anyone asks you for money in Clearport's name, do not pay, and tell us at info@clearportusa.com.
3.Your information
You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge. False information may end your application. How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.
4.Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
5.Site content
The content of this site is for general information. It is not legal or immigration advice for your situation; your recruiter and our attorneys will advise you individually.
6.Liability
To the extent the law allows, Clearport is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site.
7.Governing law
