Clearport USA LLC ("Clearport", "we") recruits healthcare professionals for hospitals in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1.What we collect
Information you give us when you apply or contact us: your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, country of residence and citizenship, profession, qualifications, experience, exam status and any documents you upload, such as your resume, license or passport.
Basic technical information when you visit the site, such as your browser type and the pages you view, and a cookie that remembers your language.
2.How we use it
To review your application, contact you about opportunities, and guide you through exams, licensure, immigration and travel.
To share your profile with hospitals considering you for a role, and with the attorneys and authorities involved in your licensure and visa, only as needed for your placement.
To answer questions sent through our contact form.
3.Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with prospective employers, our immigration attorneys, licensing and immigration authorities, and service providers who host our systems and send our emails, under contracts that protect it.
4.How long we keep it
We keep application records while you are in our process and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
5.Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@clearportusa.com.
6.Security
Documents are stored privately and only Clearport staff working on your application can open them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
